What to Expect From Stretch & Balance Therapy?

Enhance your physical performance and alleviate soreness with our personalized Stretch and Balance sessions!

Stretch and Balance Therapy is carried out on a massage table. The first session starts with an evaluation to identify any functional imbalances in the body. The therapist employs manual techniques to assist in stretching tight muscles and reconditioning weak muscles. Stretching and strengthening exercises are prescribed for home care afterward.
